Few items to note:
- A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the permit at least 3 weeks prior to your wedding. If a fire ban is in place, then the fire dept will not accept a permit application.
There are TWO factors that can prevent us from proceeding a show
1) Fire Ban – If there is a fire ban or very dry conditions; the fire department may revoke your permit after we have received the permit and not allow us to proceed with a show. The $200 non-refundable deposit would still apply.
2) High Winds – If there are high winds the day of your wedding; we may not be able to proceed. Unfortunately, high winds can come in quickly, therefore, it may be very short notice on cancellation; could even be hours before on the night off.
- Full payment is required 1 week before the show. If a show is cancelled by Celebration Fireworks for one of the reasons listed above; we will refund you the full amount less the non-refundable permit fee of $200.
o Payable by E-Transfer or cheque per payment information on invoice.
- We can light off your show at any time you wish; however, fireworks are best once it’s dark. Optimum time for fireworks is 45 minutes after sunset. You can find out the sun set times from Google.
- If you are celebrating your wedding at a Golf Corse, please note that your decided show time may be delayed due to golfers still on the course, therefore, we would have to wait until they are finished before we can start. We will notify you if there are any changes to your show time. If you wish, you may confirm with the Golf Corse what time all golfers should be off the course to better decide your start time.
